Industrial Employment Platform

To support employment and align talent with industrial-sector needs, the Egyptian Association for Industrial Development launched a dedicated digital employment platform in partnership with the Chinese company iSoftStone. Its purpose is to connect factories and industrial companies directly with jobseekers.

The platform helps manufacturers identify suitable talent while enabling young people, graduates, and experienced professionals to explore and apply for available positions through a structured, direct process.

During the first phase, 400 factories and industrial companies were linked to the platform, and 600 applicants and jobseekers registered. This created an initial foundation for connecting industrial labor supply and demand.

The partnership with iSoftStone reflects the Association’s interest in using technology and digital solutions to improve recruitment and skills development, including better matching of applicants’ skills and experience with factories’ real requirements.

In upcoming phases, the Association aims to expand participation among factories and jobseekers, introduce additional technical and industrial occupations, and link training and qualification to recruitment, helping close skills gaps and provide qualified talent for Egyptian industry.
